   Travis, Bryson, Anthony and Richard were very helpful and mindful of the current situation. They were very fast and efficient in getting everything were I needed it to be and very friendly.    This FedEx branch has a terrible track record. They toss fragile packages onto my porch (I work from home and have watched it happen), deliver to the wrong address, or simply don’t show up for days at a time past the delivery date with no explanation. Today I had a package marked as left at my front door (of course they can’t even bother to ring the bell) but there was no package in sight and no sign from my security camera that they were ever here. Calling the national number leads to a trace department that takes days to get back to you because no one can seem to contact the drivers.

   Because I checked in 12:39pm
   Appointment time 13:30pm
   I got door at 12:39pm
   They done loading me at 13:50am.. in my book that is fast loading….. THANK YOU SO MUCH…

   The recruiters will tell you that SRT’s average length of haul is 1200 miles for Solos. In orientation they will tell you that the average length of haul for HazMat drivers is 1300 miles, and they also tell you in orientation that if you have a US Passport your average length of haul will be 1800 miles! I attached pictures of a SRT orientation document stating that, but they keep getting deleted so you’ll have to check out my review on FB to see them. If you’re solo your REAL average length of haul is 700 miles WITH multiple stops, and if you’re on the Walmart dedicated account (which they pressure you to join) your average length of haul is 400 miles. Ask to be on the division with the longer length of haul that the recruiter, or the orientation paperwork talks about and the conversation will get ugly, and evasive really quick. I tried contacting every email address I could find in SRT to see if such a division still exists, and not one person I contacted about this at SRT was even the slightest bit apologetic, nor did they even seem to care; it’s just another day at SRT for them. While I do feel sorry for them, it is the strangest company I have ever worked for.

   We needed a local mover to move appliances & furniture into our garage temporarily in preparation for floors to be refinished. Athens Moving Experts handled the job without incident. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with!
