   Hi, this is Ahsan. i just saw a message on my application that my parcel has failed the delivery. I called Australian Post and they said they have sent it back to the shipping company (UBI) as the address was tried to change. I didn’t receive any message that the parcel is delivering so can you resend the parcel to my correct address?

   my 2 parcels from china are missing-

   I try many times to call the hotline in Sydney Australia but no one is answering the call.
   The parcels have stopped tracking since the 22nd of may.

   Can you tell me the status of my parcels?

   Hello I am Kinley Choden. My parcel came on the 4th November around 9:30 in the morning and has been taken back as it says “recipient not at home” on my AliExpress shopping app. It also shows red mark indicating that the delivery has failed. I tried contacting UBI customs via phone but it is not working. I even tried tracking but it also shows no result. I don’t know what to do now.

   Absolutely crap service from this company , they didn’t even try to deliver my parcel or contact me (number is on the parcel) they just returned it , when I called the customer service number (joke) it just dials out and hangs up , I’ve watched my parcel come all the way from China to Australia only to go back (parcels doing more over seas travel than I am )
   When I emailed them , I got a reply that there is no parcel (even though it shows up on thier tracking site )
