I hired TripPak Services twice and both moves went well! The 3 movers are very professional and got a call an hour before they arrived. They were very careful wrapping my furniture but they also moved fast. Also I was impressed how they were able to move my couch from 2nd fl to 1st fl without a scratch on the wall (I lived in a 3 floor townhome with small round stair). Definitely will recommend them!

By far the best customs broker in New York. Ask for Cindy at TripPak Services, she is the best. She will have your shipment cleared in less than 30 minutes. Her customer service skills are great!! I recommend this place. I will continue to do business with them.

Please lord let TripPak Services give me my mailbox key before I go postal waiting in the hour plus line numerous times a week to check my mail because they can’t seem to produce my key. I’m getting tired of looking at these fat rude unionized women who move like slugs and never smile.

TripPak Services wanted to charge me $38 to ship a letter overnight. I know for a fact you can send the same from Fedex for under $25. Not only that it was not using a UPS label, rather a USPS label. Oh, and a $5 charge just to print off my thumb drive. Next time Fedex.
