The guy running this place has zero customer service skills, he is rude and totally incompetent at running a PO. I have on more than 5 occasions gone in here to pick up parcels and there is always an issue with him. The first time I went he couldn’t find my parcel said it wasn’t left in there even though I had a notification, the second time he said oh I found it but continued to be rude and question my identity and the remaining times he has had issues with my ID. Then today again I go in to pick up a parcel with copies of my digital IDs (Passport, Medicare,Driving licence) on my phone INCLUDING utilities bills and bank statement with my address and he still will not give me my parcels. I said I have utilities bills also he said no I need physical even though Aus Post website clearly states a utility bill and bank statement will suffice.
My partner and housemate have also had constant issues with this guy also where he struggles to find their parcels, taking well over 30mins and asking questions about their parcels which is none of his business, they have also had issues where he won’t accept their ID (even though they have appropriate ID). There is something seriously wrong with this guy, he needs to realise it is a post office he is running not an airport.
