I want to know about my package from syria.
I imported car parts from the US, having no idea about customs. Upon seeing the paperwork needed to clear my items I almost keeled over. Found Transworld Courier on a quick search, and Michael answered the phone. Less than 24 hours he had collected any info he needed from me, sorted all processes for me, and got my brakes released from customs. Thanks Michael, you’re a life saver.
I think Transworld Courier took the meaning of unprofessional to a new level, a level beyond imaginary. Today is 01 March 2021 and the time is 12:54noon. I’m still waiting for a reply from a Transworld Courier representative;
1. to explain why the delivery timestamp in their website (Delivered 24 Feb 2021, 6:10PM) and LAZADA (Delivered on 24 Feb 2021, 15:40) are not tally. I checked both records at 3:10PM on 24 Feb. Both delivery timestamps were recorded in advance and the name of the receiver was me! I did not receive my parcel and it wasn’t delivered at all.
2. To FIND WHERE my parcel is and INFORM WHEN can they send it.
I communicated with Transworld Courier and they promised to get back within 48 hours and that was supposed to be 26 February, roughly at 4:52PM. I did a follow-up and Transworld Courier said ‘Please bear with us while we get your issue resolved & we’ll get back to you soonest we can.
And here I am still waiting for a reply from Transworld Courier. Fast, accurate and reliable maybe too much for Transworld Courier to handle.
I booked a parcel with Transworld Courier but, due to an error I had to rebook – now I’m struggling to cancel the original booking without paying a £6 fee to do so, despite a customer service assistant advising that if it had been rebooked the fee would be waived. I provided the new tracking number as proof it had been rebooked but there’s been no response ever since and I’ve paid £10.80 twice to send one parcel.
£6 is a ridiculous admin fee to charge anyway but I will never use this company again as it feels like an utter scam.
