   Zero stars. Basically no one cares here, lack of any critical thinking, long waits and the passport office is a joke. If an employee shows up to actually do passports, arrive at least 30 minutes early to catch the person before their very long lunch break, which will of course be at the time of your passport appointment. The post master also could care less, as formal complaints are ignored. Avoid coming here for any reason.

   Awful. Don’t go if you are in a hurry. I just waited for ~15 minutes and the line didn’t even move…. No idea why no one works here when it is consistently busy.

   I typed a whole review about how the carriers are ok and the office itself is chaotic, disorganized, slow and infuriating. Accidentally backed out of the page and didn’t want to try and rewrite a book about what’s wrong with this office so I’ll leave you with this.
   This office is ~25% of the reason I want to move from my current residence to a different zip code.
   Things to look forward to:
   Lines long enough to wonder if you should just try again another day.
   Package notices not being left in your PO box.
   Half of the retail staff being professional, courteous, caring, reasonable, and kind. If you get the other half, I’m sorry.
   Arguments over who is on the PO box even when the paperwork is in your hand.
   Packages being stuck here a day or two past when they arrived because no one bother to update tracking correctly or put them out in the postal lockers.
