I’ve had several sorry we missed you notices left for packages by translogistics because they required signatures. I’ve rescheduled several and every single time they have failed to knock on the door or alert me they were there, instead just being lazy and leaving the notice *again* (I doubt they even brought the box). I’ve been home every time yet had no way of knowing they were there as they refused to alert me. One of my expensive packages got sent back out of the country because they decided they didn’t want to leave a final notice and my work schedule is too hectic to pick it up as they’re closed when I go in and get off.
The real kicker is the fact that I’ve ordered three items on three separate occasions, and two out of three required signatures. The outlier was simply left on the lawn in poor weather, lying on its side, no signature apparently required. I need an explanation or something because this is absurd.
My mother worked for the TRANSLOGISTICS office for over ten years. I know how it’s supposed to run and this isn’t it.
5/6 UPDATE: I went to pick up my package myself yesterday and was told it wasn’t there. I supposed it was out for delivery and hopefully somebody had listened to these complaints. Well I got home and started to fix dinner when my fiancee comes in looking as frustrated as me holding a Sorry We Missed You! Slip. A final notice one. They haven’t attempted redelivery and left only one slip prior. If you aren’t going to do your damn job then leave my stuff at the post office so I can go get it. I wasted gas and time (which is apparently what my mailperson is doing with their LLV) to get my package and instead they just threw it in their truck and didn’t try. I’ll be calling around today to see what can be done about this because these packages together (the one they sent back to Japan, the one they threw on the lawn in a damaged box, and the one they’re now threatening to send back) have cost over 150 dollars.

Bad drivers at TRANSLOGISTICS that play games on the highway. The driver actually drove down the middle of the highway in two lanes to keep people from going around him. The problem was when we were going uphill he would only do about 40 miles an hour on the highway if that, and then he wouldn’t let anyone pass him because he would ride in the middle of two lanes. It was ridiculous.

Have heard good things and bad things about Translogistics from current and former employees. Just as you would about any company. I just find it odd that all these ratings have been posted in the last 2 days… Almost like they are bots….
