   Fastway couriers is the worst and unreliable courier service. I do not recommend it to anyone. The consultant is very rude and you have to pay so many times in order for your parcel to be delivered and they dont even deliver it to you.

   I requested for door pickup. But no reasonse.
   The courier reached the destination one day late. Further did not get SMS updates. Not sure whether that facility is available with this courier service..

   Poor of service.. When call the number not in service. When asked for the tracking number at counter they cannot identify my goods. Such a poor service.

   Brilliant service on this occasion. They should set up a detective agency. They worked out that a letter sent to me at a place I work that has no official postal address was meant for me and redirected to my home address five miles away. Great job worthy of 5 stars

   One of the best UPS stores around to take a look at with perfect customer service!
   I don’t trust any mailing services but these ups store services are awesome. You can trust them with your packages and it is worth it.

   Worst experience. I had called in the office to enquire about the letter. The staff member who spoke was so rude and kept the phone without listening completely. Wats the use of hiring such people who cannot speak politely.
