    I used this service a couple months ago, the two guys that move they were nice but, my fireplace was damage. I was so happy to be moving in my own place. I did not realize it until after the fact. I call the company several times and was told they will get back to me. I just call again this morning and the same guy that I talk to before was rude. He basically was giving the impression that my damage fireplace was not important.I guess you get what you pay for. Paying $104.00 for the move, was cheaper but, it was not better.Now, that I see what this company about I have learning my lesson. In my previous I pay $300 for my move without problems. I will never use this company again because, if they damage your property they do not want to pay to get it repaired. This lesson I have learned and will never forget.

    Have been using Interparcel for years – they have saved me a LOT of money over the years. The majority of times the service has been great. When there were any problems, they were never down to Interparcel themselves, more with, for example, a carrier’s partner company in a distant land. The online chat support is very helpful as are telephone assistants (like, for example, chat assistant Louana Pyzer today)

    Received a sorry we missed you card for my parcel. Called to schedule redelivery and was told it would be arriving the next day – never showed up. Called to ask what happened and they said it was cancelled because they couldn’t find my address. I asked how they could physically leave a card at my address one day and then not find it the next day?
    I now have to pick it up myself from a depot and the person on the phone couldn’t tell me where that might be. I have to wait 24-48hrs for them to tell me where/when I can pick up my parcel. Not sure why I paid for delivery of something that I have to deliver to myself!

    I’ve used Haul Buddy 3 times since relocating to Wake Forest in June of this year. All 3 experiences were excellent.I especially appreciate that the name of the pickup driver as well as the expected arrival time is texted to me in advance.
