   I went in to the store and it was empty. I had one small package to send. I asked if he had tape to tape the package(I only needed about 12 of tape). He said in a very nasty voice, I charge you $1. At first I thought he was joking, so I just smiled, but he was serious. He went to he cash register waiting for me to give him a dollar! I told him I could go across the parking lot to Staples and they won’t charge for a piece of tape. When I was about to pick up the package, to leave, he said, I not charge you this time, but next time I will. He continued to rant about how it cost him money when people use his tape.
   The next time I have a package to ship I will use either another UPS store or Staples. I don’t need to hear the store clerk complain about the cost of packing tape.

   Adam was very helpful from the beginning of scheduling my move to the follow up call once the move was complete. The movers arrived a bit late but I was called beforehand and informed of this which I appreciated very much. Both gentlemen were presentable and courteous and immediately set out to begin the task. The move went very smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to hook up my washer and dryer and had the correct tools to do so.
   All in all, I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company and would refer them to my friends and family.
