Could you tell me about the status of Guide # Car-3602, left Chile on 06/28/2022 to Venezuela.

I went in here today for notary services at Trans Caribbean Cargo and was helped even though it was 30 mins before my scheduled appointment. The gentleman at the front was very nice, polite, fast and professional. I will definitely make this my preferred Trans Caribbean Cargo store when I need them again in the future.

Horrible customer service, dirty place, and all people at Trans Caribbean Cargo seem to be in a bad mood. No politeness at all from any of the staff members.

I gave the Trans Caribbean Cargo movers a verbal review the day they moved me in to my new home on October 25th! That was before I unpacked and encountered the broken and trashed items that were so valuable to me. I am revising my review down to a zero if possible. I think it is very underhanded for the mover to ask for a review before the final events of the move are completed. And I find it very hard to believe that so many people really gave this company 5 stars. I will now share my list of horrible outcomes I have had to endure because of sloppy, uncaring movers who don’t value the integrity of what they do. I paid these people a total of $8,000 to move me, store my furniture, and then move me into my new home.
    1. Broken pieces of fine china that were packed with great care and obviously thrown around in their boxes during loading and unloading. Plus, an antique hurricane lamp broken to pieces.
    2. Beautiful floral arrangements that my wife created on her own just pushed into boxes and broken to smithereens. Lamp shades crushed.
    3. A large box of Christmas lights worth well over $200 left at my former residence.
    4. Part of a Christmas tree packed by accident that was promised to the buyers.
    5. Move-in crew walked out on the job, leaving unwrapped furniture and my washer and dryer not hooked up. When I called Mike about the washer and dryer, he wouldn’t answer the phone.
    6. Move-in crew did not know how to assemble a canopy bed. When I climbed in bed the first night, the damn thing fell apart, tossing me to the floor.
    7. I had to get my contractor to do jobs that I paid THEM to do.
I bought and paid for lunch for all workers during both moves, including John Lam at the first move.
I feel like I was totally ripped off. Do NOT be fooled by all these WONDERFUL 5-star reviews. If you have valuable pieces of furniture, china and fragile items, I would highly recommend using another firm.
I talked to the owner about this problem and I got a polite apology. Apologies don’t get it when you’re handling someone else’s valuables and getting paid an arm and a leg for doing so!
