   Most pathetic company iv every had the disgrace of having to deal with, the anxiety I get when Amazon gives the package to puralator is intense and I know for a fact it’s going to take a wish for it to ever leave the facility and dealing with a 45 min que on the phone for help is laughable and sick for 2020 standards next time you get puralator just make them send it to another delivery company to get better resaults, there staff is terrible the only redeeming quality puralator has is the building stays in one spot so I can walk and deliver my own package why are you still a conpany.

   This is main office and very busy, specially in evening very very busy, but night shift staff is low in number, their number must be increased. lot of burden is on them. only three person were covering the hundreds people in huge lines. Overall staff is very polite, despite of over work they are polite and I think they must be appreciated and given some extra incentive.

   Really quick, efficient and friendly service from Rob and his team, they took all of the stress out of moving house. We will definitely be using their services again!
