   Negligence!! who is delivering…. My Parcel was left by security date 16 to 21 (6days) instead of delivering to RECEPTION,,, when we started quiry, first of all they don’t wanna pick up the phone, had to go to their office and stand on queues for this. Then someone went to security to collect the parcel and given to Reception. ( right word to say Negligence! Negligence!!)

   Golden packers movers are very professional,very good and efficient staff,they did the packing perfectly and my house hold is delivered in perfect condition.

   I was refused service because the store clerk said the parcel was too large (size of two trainer boxes). If I knew there was a size restriction then I wouldn’t even bother commuting to the store, does UPS only delivers postcards or parcels, I’m confused?
   The funny thing is, the UPS collection was within a few hours. Another pointless trip to a UPS Collection store.

   The staff is friendly and tried to help. The staff on the phone is way friendlier and more professional than the ones on the online chat. I wanted to pick up a package for an emergency situation, they refused completely. They managed to make the ahipment arrive early the next day and i was thankful, but it didn’t make sense to me that i was willing to go to the center to pick it up and the refused. Please fix that, Purolator.

   I have hired Ben and his team twice now. They have always been excellent to deal with, great at communicating and always follow through on service. I cannot recommend this business more highly.
