TPC India Courier Tracking

While largely I have found the women who work here polite and to the point, I had a truly horrible experience at this Post Office today, the second with the same staff member in a matter of weeks.
I post parcels for my business every day, with a 4 and 1 year old in tow. It is a huge juggle. Today as I took my parcel to the counter my 1 year old put a plastic toy from the shelf into her mouth… causing no damage. The staff member yelled at me, asked in a patronising way well I assume you’re not buying these. I apologised and asked if she needed me to, I then said you can’t always control what a little baby does to which she scoffed and rolled her eyes, throwing in a fake little laugh for good measure. She also looked around and tried to include the other women behind the counter in her belittling of me.
Next time that you see a young mum struggling with her hands full, perhaps putting her one year old down to approach the counter, maybe ask yourself how you could help… instead of shaming and putting her down. I will honestly NEVER enter this Post Office again. The lack of professionalism and empathy (no matter the circumstance – including a child of barely a year putting a plastic toy in their mouth) should never justify this kind of treatment. I honestly find it sickening, as a woman and as a human. If you have small children, or need any kind of personal consideration… google sendle.
