    I was tracking the delivery driver. It stated they were 7 stops away, I waited outside my gate for them to arrive. The next update was attempted delivery failed. I have cctv footages proof that this did not happen. Amazon es Lost over €490 as I cancelled the order. Caused by tourline drivers blatenly lying about deliveries and tourline as a company are not bothered by this. Company management need to pull things together. Amazon es are now investigating tourline. Amazon should stop using such a unprofessional company that they do not care about customer service.

    Trying to get someone to answer the phone here is like your odds of winning the lottery..
    When they do answer, they’re nonchalant af like if they’re doing you a favor and not providing a paid service.
    I rescheduled a redelivery of my item ONLINE since calling these people makes no sense. Been home all day, nobody came to deliver the package. As soon as I called the ASK USPS line, the status of the package was updated to delivery attempt made but unable to access location. How?
    This entire place needs new staff.
    Then again, once the head rots in something the body is bound to follow.

    The front desk gentleman was nice but the employees in the back loudly and openly talked bad about my situation with having my Mail held at the facility. One specifically said “real adults check their mailbox everyday” and I don’t appreciate it given that they don’t know what’s currently going on in my personal life. The front desk guy apologized for their “commotion” but also asked me why I hadn’t picked up my Mail until today (it had been two weeks) and if someone was sick or I was out of town which I thought was inappropriate to ask. I feel very disrespected and uncomfortable ever returning to this facility.

    Called and spoke to Thomas yesterday and he was great, very helpful and very concerned….however upon calling back today (because my issue persists) I got Thelma (I believe was her name). I was in the middle of explaining my story and she cut me off saying hold on, hold on sir, placed me on hold and left me there until I hung up at 17 minutes….My 2 day air was a 5 day ground and I can’t even get someone to listen to my concern or request. Still haven’t received my package and the phone has rung busy ALL DAY today.
