I’ve been here for nearly 40min. Still waiting for Total Transport to find my parcel. When I walked in there was no one in sight. SERVICE IS POOR!!!!
The Worst delivery service ever experienced with TOTAL TRANSPORT. There is no other option to give rating below this. First of all they won’t move our parcel from their godown to next step & they just keep delaying in delivery – very slow process. They don’t know the responsibilities of their work, behave like unknowingly/rude on the call/not ready to listen.
Finally I only went to the courier location & took my parcel when it was supposed to be delivered to my address. Too much irritating, very bad experience.
Awesome service from TOTAL TRANSPORT with immediate replies with regards to the delivery. Easy and convenient and felt very reassured. Five star performance.
Poor transport service, there is no local contact number for Total Transport and not getting the customer care service if required. We never book materials in this transport in future… very irresponsible service.

Total Transport consistently delivers parcels to the wrong address in the wrong street. No means of contact that I can find. 131318 number is useless.
