    I have not received the reference chair with purchase code: UG373919424YP. So I do not understand why it appears delivered if I have not received it at the indicated address in the city of Barranquilla (Colombia).

    Please inform the status of the same (if it is in a state of transit). please indicate in which part of Colombia my chair is. if the delivery of the chair is not clarified in the next 10 days, I will proceed to request the return of the money of the purchase of the chair since it was not delivered to the indicated address.

    This place is 0 help. Needs to be replaced by a UPS store. The direct number to the store hangs up on you and they apparently dont know what a tracking number is. I was told 5 times my tracking number wasn’t a number till I pulled it up on the website then not even a apology or explanation. Then the reason it wasn’t delivered was because the carrier never attempted to delivery or scan the package. Then I was told it was put in the wrong bin and that’s why it’s being returned to Sweden! I’ve been home the last 3 weeks and have a RING doorbell so I know for a fact no one ever attempted to deliver my package.

    The crew was awesome, shout out to Jasmyn, Da’Shon, and Don for all of your help! I was pretty anxious about going over 3 hours but the 2 person crew worked their butts off hauling my stuff down and then up a flight of stairs into my new one bedroom apartment. Also, they win the personality contest for every Portland moving company I’ve ever worked with. Thanks for your good sense of humor and efficiency.
