    Manager (Santiago?) was too busy trying to fix a machine to help, I did not get what I needed to get while I was there. I was just trying to print something up, but it became complex when it should be something simple and easy. Of course explaining this to the manager (bald male with glasses) was pointless because he didn’t care, he didn’t want to help, he was rushing me and eventually I gave up and left. Off to UPS instead.

    USPS service always was bad. But this particular location is terrible. They can’t find letters, I heard how one of the clerks curse next to the customers.. The way that they talk to people.. Insane. Now I understand why they don’t make money

    We had an appointment at 12:45 to do passport pictures for our 2 year old son. We didn’t have all the paperwork filled out on time, but Renee was very nice and patient. She allowed us to keep our spot in line while we filled out the paperwork and she helped the next guest for passport services. Once it was our time back up, she was very friendly. She assisted us with everything we had to do to expedite the order and even helped me renew my passport which wasn’t part of the original plans. Renee was extremely patient and very nice. She was one of the most professional and courteous post office employees that I have ever dealt with.
