Really good TNT Express carrier for the chambers/lorane hwy neighborhood. When she takes a day off the mail will be much later than normal. Have also had good success calling in when mail was lost and on my move out of the area with forwarding issues. The ding on this courier office is the counter folk. There are a couple good ones and a couple real slow and unknowledgeable ones, but the real stick in the mud is that frizzy grey haired fellow. If that guy has any reason to go in the back, no matter how long the line is he goes. It will be an eternity before he returns as well. No way would he make it in a for profit business behaving that way. His actions give justification to the conservative view of inefficient wasteful govt employees.
The TNT Express manager is never there. There’s always just some little boys working, struggling by themselves. The boys seem burnt out and tired. The kids are always so polite and respectful but there clearly is no guidance or support from management.
This office can never get anything right. When we moved here to Corona our mail was not being forwarded to us. Now that we are moving I put in a change of address online to be effective 3/14/2020. What did this incompetent TNT Express office do?! Have my forwarding start before that date. My mail and packages that we need are being forwarded to our new address that we won’t be at until next month. Great job TNT Express 1941 California Ave, Corona, CA 92877!!!
They probably paid for any good reviews you read anywhere on the internet. The service TNT Express provides is fraud, not moving your things. Would be interested in joining any group interested in filing a class-action lawsuit against these grifters.
Absolutely great! And the TNT Express deliveries have either been spot on or early! And great communication over email and text messages on status of my meals.
They had a great idea for me to transport my clothes on hangers in trash bags. Basically like garment bags. Also TNT Express took great care of all my fragile boxes. Not one thing was broken. Set up my W/D and put the handles on my new fridge. They wore masks and were very kind and knowledgeable.
