    It was a bad experience
    I said very carefully that the new one has to cover the old one . An Indian staff said I know , All good so she has to know what she is gonna do . They sent back again with a damaged box . Great job !

    Kale, Robin and River did a great job despite some glitches on moving day with the truck. Kept the process moving while we got a bigger truck, and were creative in packing everything up. Got it all in and to our destination safely! Would recommend as were professional, good at troubleshooting, on time and completed the job.

    I guess they did they job but there was no package at my door after receiving the delivery notice & picture. The person on the phone (who was actually quite helpful) couldn’t tell me who the shipper was. That part was not so helpful. No one in the house had ordered anything.

    Shane and Elijah are polite and personable. They work well together, and they work efficiently. They were careful not to bump or scratch my furniture, and careful to fill the floor space of the pod so that things would not shift during transit. My only complaint regards the information on your site. It advises customers to provide their own furniture pads, but not to also provide the plastic wrap that secures the pads around the furniture. Shane and Ely worked around my lack of the plastic wrap, bracing the pads against the walls of the pod and the other furniture.
