Horrible customer service. Sorry to say but TMAL Container has the worst customer service! Specially the old lady (manager). They delivered my package to the wrong address. It’s been a month going back and forth to the store for my package back, they are saying they are the franchise they can’t help me to get my package back though they shipped it to the wrong address. What kind of service is this? If there is any option to give them no stars i would have give them.
This is the second package that has said that it was placed in my mailbox by TMAL Container and wasn’t. This is all within one week! I am extremely upset and losing money due to this! Idk if the young lady delivering on Terrell Mill is new or not but she needs to get it together!
Yet again you’re not told about a charge until they provide the service and then tell you there’s a charge at TMAL Container. The QR code wouldn’t come up for my amazon return so I was told to email the labels to the store. She printed and labeled them told me I owed her money for the copies. Also happened with the same lady the last time I was in where she printed everything then told me I owed her 10 bucks for a box to repackage the item. This lady has horrible customer service skills and maybe that’s her way of high jacking people for more money but it’s horrible service
We needed a last minute move to help us get out of our place. Daniel and Danik from TMAL Container showed up and were very professional, timely, and made it a comfortable and trustworthy experience. Definitely recommend.
