Everything is terrible about this TM EXPRESS office. They close before 17:00 even though it clearly states on their signage that they close at 17:00. The staff are also very unfriendly and have so much attitude.
Bunch of useless people working at TM Express! They lost my parcel and said they must have given it to someone else. Sign for parcel!! I went there two days after they told me they lost it asking for a proof that it is lost to claim my money back and the same woman told me I picked it up the same day she said they lost it! Then manager came to talk to me and said he knows parcel is lost but they still looking for it. So I went there again after 5 days and again that woman told me I collected it a week ago!!! I called customer service (1h on the phone!!) and they said they will arrange re-delivery! So I am waiting for re-delivery, for something they lost (and I collected it the same time!!) And I can’t claim my money back because I have no proof they lost it!!! Bunch of liars!!
Consistently miserable TM Express. The old guy who works there is hands down the most unhappy postmaster I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. About 10 times over the last 8 months I’ve needed to use the courier office and he couldn’t do more to discourage customers.

Trying to ship 3 boxes including personal clothes etc. from USA to Australia with TM Express since November 2020. It has been more than 6 months and TM Express stopped replying my emails – no idea where my boxes are.
Not reliable at all. Worst experience ever. Hey TM Express, where is my stuff? Why are you not responding? Stealers!!
