These people are in no hurry to get you your items from the local auction house. If I were the auction house owner I would take all my buyers to a better shipping service.

Gene and Ty were wonderful. This crew worked harder, smarter and faster than any movers I have ever worked with. Highly recommend Tiger for your next move. Exceeded expectations!

The service I received at the Old Baymeadow Rd. Location was a wonderful experience from Joseph and the staff. Thank you so much for all of your help

We went there recently to inquire about a pricey Amazon return that we had dropped off 5 weeks prior which had not yet been received by the seller. Therefore, we had not received a refund. Paige was the customer service representative that rudely did not attempt to help us. She was rude, disrespectful and offensive! I mentioned our experience to some of my friends. Their response was that they knew exactly who we were referring to and that they had also encountered rude experiences with her. Never encountered anything like the experience we had ever before. It was so bad it was actually shocking.

For some reason, my husband was not given equal accommodation as an able-bodied person would have received. I know he came early, but all they had to do was tell him to come back in an hour. I had a note and a check for him to get replacement keys for our box, which is in both our names. They took the check and the note, but did not help him by giving him the keys. He has had a stroke, and I realize he is challenged, but I think he has the same rights to service as anyone. He was told that I would have to handle the situation. But I am at work in Reno all day, M-F and don’t get back to VC until the post office is closed. So I can’t get my mail, and if I don’t get the info in it, I will lose my job. So why couldn’t I send my husband down with a note? This is discriminatory and highly offensive.
