    Apparently it’s too hard to order flat rate envelopes at this store. I had to buy a completely different envelope after already paying for the flat rate envelope, and got no refund for it. The woman at the counter was very unhelpful about the whole situation.

    The moving crew showed up to my location 3 hours late @ 4PM (The estimated END time). I was supposed to be done with my move by 5PM at the latest so that I could go to work by 6PM. I was not able to make it to work and had to call-off and lose one-day pay due to the inconvenience.
    I called several times to get updates and one of the movers told me he was trying to find some help because the other guys left him.
    In waiting on the movers to arrive, the rain picked up. I arranged the time of the move in anticipation to beat the rain so that I could make it to work on time.
    When the movers arrived, I had already moved 75% of the items to the garage to speed up the process. All items that needed to be wrapped were already wrapped. I bought my old clear wrap so no additional clear wrap should have been used if they were going to charge me for the supplies. This was never communicated with me that they would voluntarily re-wrap my furniture then charge me an additional fee.
    The movers had no sense of urgency, they moved very slow and relaxed during the move. One of the mover took SEVERAL breaks during the move and used my PERSONAL restroom in which he stayed in the restroom for more than 20min each time (you can verify this with the other mover-the one that drove the truck). This happened TWICE at the first location and once at the 2nd location. YES, the mover used my NEW CLEANED restroom for 30min before my family even got settled into the home.
    Around 630, the rain begin to pick up slightly and one of the movers stated that they weren’t going to move in the rain and they both STOPPED! There was about a 45min pause in the process because they didnt want to move in the rain. This job should NOT have taken 6 hours. I moved into a 2BR apartment and majority of the items were not even taken. Because the time was taking so long, I left behind many of my belongings and had to discard or move them by myself following the move. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I was charge over $900 for something I could have done with a $50 uhaul had I known this would be my experience. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well as on google and the company website. I do NOT recommend this service and will never utilize this service again. I would like to be refunded for 3 hours of this move as:
    45min was wasted when the stopped because of rain (this could’ve been avoided if they arrived on time)
    80min were waisted by the mover using the restroom on 3 different occurrences.
    I moved 1.2 miles away from a 3BR to a 2BR and didn’t even take everything with me. Majority went to storage, and this company intentionally stretched this move out to be 6 hours, while one of the movers constantly told me to make sure I tip because they work for tips.
    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN NASHVILLE.

    Very arrogant and SLOW behaviour at the customer service. US Post should really remind their customer servants who are paying their salaries.
