    Thomann was friendly and efficient. Moving furniture up into our spiral staircase loft did not look easy, but you guys got it done quick and safely.

    Thomann doesn’t answer the phone and they lack common courtesy. I have had packages say they are being delivered one day and they don’t show up until two days later. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They need to come out with a whole new team of people to work at this location.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THOMANN. Not only are they more expensive than anyone else, but they are beyond unprofessional. Delivered my items almost 2 weeks late! Logistics blamed customer service and customer service blames logistics for everything like it’s 2 separate companies. No agents are empowered to actually fix anything so you just end up telling agents the same issues over and over and over and nothing happens.
    Some of my items were smashed when they arrived 2 weeks late, the communication is non-existent. And they are SO expensive!

    Thomann was able to accommodate us on short notice and even help us pack on our move day. Awesome team that was able to help a veteran move into a new home on Veterans Day.

    Been here twice and both times, The clerk (lady) at the Thomann desk made it the worst 2 experiences dealing with a delivery service I’ve had.

    The lady at Thomann is so rude… it was my first time shipping an order since I started a small business and I had no idea what I was doing. The African American lady at the front was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever.. for this being a first time experience this was terrible. I rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this.
