   I have order a package last Thursday from look fantastic and I have received an email that the package has been handed to you, The Hut Group with the tracking nr. HG01226649281. I have also received from the instabox a notification that you have the package however I don’t seem to have any update as when the package is going to be delivered. On lookfantastic I have chosen the delivery tine 2-3days but its been now more than 6 days and no news about my package. Could you please come back to me with an answer as when the delivery is going to be made?

    Terrible. COVID devastated this location and now the staffing is overwhelmed, causing massive delays in receiving your packages. If your package arrives at THIS The Hut Group facility, expect that you will wait an additional week or two. Do not send any time sensitive items through here. Use USPS or anything else. May god have mercy on this organization.

    I paid to post a washing machine a month ago, and today, when I expected it to have arrived at its destination, I called THE HUT GROUP only to discover that they had not even shipped it. The employee on my phone call had an awful attitude; she shouted at me like a poorly behaved dog and blamed the decision to not ship my package on me. Note that I had already paid, given them my package, and outlined its destination. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and if I could, I would give them 0 stars.

    Great experience! I received a call the day before delivery giving me the window times for delivery the next day and also to let me know I would receive a call about 30 minutes prior to the driver’s arrival. The following day I received the call from THE HUT GROUP as promised. I was the first delivery so they arrived at the beginning of the window times. They were on time, professional and very friendly. Very pleased!

    Very busy location, which wasn’t too big a deal but the line was long; after the wait, the clerk had to get manager for our query. The manager at the hut group refused to help us and refused even to look for the package. Pretty weird. I guess I will meet her in hell.
