    Worst behaviour of the representatives at the office. They don’t want to deliver the products on Sundays. They will tell you to come back on Monday. They don’t even care if customers travel 100kms just to pick the products.

    Absolutely a sham of a company sent me a text asking if I weren’t in what did I want them to do with my parcel I requested it to be left with a neighbour which never happened phoned up to be told they cudnt redeliver to my house but could drop of at a post office at the top of my street which would be closed by time I finished work the people who answer the phones have no customer service either absolutely a disgrace

    Our funiture was delivered yesterday. The guys were quick and efficiant. They were also very friendly and service was professional. Our furniture was well wrapped and protected. Nothing damaged. We are very happy and highly reccommend Britannia Movers International!

    The delivery period takes longer, I got notification on Wednesday, it’s now Friday and I still don’t have my parcel. This is not the way to make a customer happy, please improve on your delivery service, especially small items.

    Inform clients of high risk areas like Khayamnandi where you will not be delivering so that we use your services knowing you will not be delivering or use other alternatives.
