    I sent back iPhone 12 Pro last Tuesday And have back to DPD so he can return it to Tesco’s mobile
    It suppose to be cancelled asap
    It seems I paying it even I don’t have it
    I only sent it back because it the wrong phone and camera rubbish.

    An absolute disappointment, risky, and should not be responsible for delivering packages of value.
    Left my package beside the elevator door of a multi-use building that is accessed by the public. Company referred to that as a safe-drop. Did not even deliver the package to the specific unit indicated in the address.
    This company has refused to take responsibility for the loss of my shipment.
    No care is taken whatsoever.
    If doable, verify which company is delivering your goods.

    This would have to be the worst Australia Post I have ever been to. Staff are the rudest, ill mannered people. Worst customer service ever.

    I didn’t want to add any stars… The post office service is an absolute mess to say the least. The staff are ride and the level of service is shocking. I tried to self serve the other day and they didn’t have the correct stickers for parcels. The response from staff was ‘can’t find them’. You’ll have to pay double.
    The customer isn’t right in their eyes. The place is always busy due to the lack of energy and support from staff.. Then place needs an overhaul of staff and assurance by the higher management…

    It’s was my first time using this courier service 5days ago and up until this moment I don’t know the status of my parcel. The customer care line is not toll free and I have wasted alot of airtime asking the whereabouts of my parcel. It’s rather unfortunate. I think you should stick with your transport services and leave courier to capable people. I would never recommend gig logistics to anyone

    Very useful and user friendly service at an excellent price. Also had a query with my booking and this was resolved immediately outside of normal hours – exceptional customer service all round .
