    I ordered my graduation pictures at the ceremony of University of South Wales in March. I still haven’t received the pictures. Can I know how long it will still take for the pics to get to South Africa?

    In my opinion do not walk but run from this company. In the end we filed a formal complaint with the Dept. of Transportation and just felt we were in a bait and switch scam.
    Luxury Van Lines was sent to us for a long distance move by Imperial Van Lines as subcontracted. We did not personally hire them.
    They came with a truck that after half loaded they admitted the truck was not even rated to hold the cu/ft our contract stated we had. They said we would have to pay for another truck, what did we want to do. They could just leave or continue but we had to pay more. One item that was originally measured and told to the original Imperial Van Lines was now being called oversized or bulky and we would have to pay more, again they could leave it or we pay more. The price just kept going up. At the end they just said we have no more room and left some rugs and other items and drove off. They took the 2 trucks of furniture to NJ, unpacked it and loaded it then onto a full size semi. The amount of scratches on wood furniture, damaged and just dirty bed/sofa covers because they were drug across floors was hard to imagine. We did file a insurance claim but the amount they offered was a joke. NOT the first time I have moved but certainly the worst. We did not have a choice in this company, or a chance to check them out, they were sent by Imperial Van Lines without us even knowing but we had to move THAT day as new owners were coming in the next day.
    Again, my opinion, do not walk but run from this company

    Called on the phone to make a passport appointment. I was put on hold several times by several different people. To make a long story short I was on hold for over 30 mins and still got no service. I called from another phone while on hold on my phone, someone answered, placed me on hold for 20+ mins and never came back to the phone. They really need a crash course in customer service or just simply an entirely new staff.

    DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT IF ITS GOING TO BE DELIVERED BY LASERSHIP. I was supposed to receive my package September 6th. It’s now September 16th and they RETURNED THE PACKAGE TO SENDER. I messed up the zip code initially and that’s my fault, but youd think after calling FOUR times they’d fix it and would be competent enough to deliver it, but sadly no. I’m genuinely shocked this company is still in business.
