I’ve been to the TELUS store a few times now to ship out my eBay products. Never had an issue, and the staff has always been very helpful.
This TELUS franchise is a quarter mile away from me. I always use a different location. The owner was in the store one time and once I realized where the bad service came from, I stopped going and went to other area UPS Stores. The franchisee needs to align with the rest of UPS.
I just sent TELUS a $750.00 order. Now I cannot get them to provide a receipt and they will not answer the phone. They just lost a boatload of future business from me!
Managed to find a slot with TELUS for a day that worked for us. The guys came on time, very professional and quick – didn’t dilly-dally – knowing that they were getting paid by the hour – very happy about that.
Took good care of our belongings while moving and loading and unloading. Disassembled and assembled the furniture fairly quickly.
Would highly recommend and definitely use their services again next time.
This review is more for TELUS and not just this branch. I mailed something certified on May 23rd, going about 240 miles away. It has STILL not been delivered – 30 DAYS LATER!!!! I’ve tried to call this branch for days, every time I call, the phone is busy. I tried the 800 number, but they make it IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being. If I could have given this NO stars, I would have – but it wouldn’t let me post it without at least one star.
