   Been missing my package since May. Can’t get ahold of anyone to fix this because no one will answer so I’m left on the line for hours at a time. For instance, I called today at 3 pm and was left on the line until they close which is at 5 pm.

   Unfortunately, the entire location gets blamed because of a few bad apples. There was one who walked out from the back, and I assume she was in charge because she started barking out orders to the customers. I guess she thought beginning each sentence with ‘ma’am ‘ or ‘sir’ made it better, it did not. In my opinion, she was quite rude, but the women actually doing the work were pleasant and very helpful. If I could just get them to answer a little quicker at the package pickup window, overall, I would be pretty satisfied with the service.

   Not a bad facility, but the security at this FedEx location is incredibly tight. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to pick up a package after being checked with a metal detector and stating the reason I was there. It’s not a bad facility, but security is doing their job well.

   Employees are always fast and courteous. When I made a mistake with an Amazon return they cheerfully took care of it for me over the telephone.

   Great experience. We had a two bedroom apt and they helped us with the moving and made it very easy for us. Strongely recommended for moving in LA area.
