   Not happy with most recent orders as they were for a very busy time of the year, Mother’s Day. ordered two orders as it was my mother’s 87th birthday the same weekend as Mother’s Day and we were unable to be with her. ordered the Wish is Granted Birthday cake Bouquet (Premium) item: #TBC06-1C and delivered a tiny flower bouquet with less that 5 flowers. The Mother’s Day flowers ordered were Spring Has Sprung Mixed Basket and again received a small planter the size of a cereal bowl. Very disappointed for price paid. Will contact local floral for future purchases. Received Nothing like advertised pictures for the price, will not be a next visit.

   I’ve got a couple of packages all waiting with these guys for around three months now, and yet to be delivered. how bad of a courier service do you have to be to hold on to parcels for that long. one can only assume these guys are either discarding or stealing some of the packages that have been entrusted to their care for delivery. I wonder how such poor quality business managed to stay afloat for so long.

   WORST service I ever had with a shipping company RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL lady at dispatch or services desk called me about my order that they Were dropping it off before my shop was even open when I already noted to them days before the shipment that I didn’t want it to be shipped till after 12. She said she didn’t care and they are leaving it out side. I told they lady just take it back because it’s a bad neighborhood and they will be stolen she said I don’t care how unprofessional I have 5 shops and if she was my worker she would been fired on the spot. The owners or managers maybe don’t know but maybe they need to read these reviews. How unprofessional and rude. I even called the company that use this Shipping company told him I will never order from him if he uses the shipping company again he also stated he sick of them.

   Thank you to Steve who took my phone call on Saturday 03/11/18 about my letter which had been delivered to the wrong address and the very speedy re delivery of my letter to the right address and all within an hour. What a great service, and thanks again.

   Rodrigo and Edgar were amazing. They were very punctual and friendly, an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing was too hard for them and they went above and beyond in providing incredible service.
   I would definitely use them again.
