I am not received my shipment till time it shows it is delivered but there is showing fraud sign even your delivery boy not call me on that day. So kindly check revert back
Tej couriers pune : This is the worst courier service that I have come across.. medicine for my parents was sent on 12th Aug from sangli and it was there in pune on 13th Aug. The courier guy Amol Lamkane is the worse courier guy .. first he lied about calling us.. then he marked the item delivered and did not deliver. He is constantly lying and your team is taking no action. he has made our false signature that item was delivered. dont know how company is having such lairs in their company. the courier guy is very arrogant and below are his comments when we called him
” I will deliver when I get time”
” ok I will send it back”
this is a mental torture for 4 days following up just for a courier
Twice they posted a delivery attempt without having even been to my place. Now package is two day late. Let’s see if it even comes tomorrow. Not impressed.
Had the pleasure of Armando and the guys doing my removal today. Start to finish with no issues what so ever and nothing was too much hassle. And to top it all off they were the cheapest out of the five companies that quoted for the job .
It was very pleasant , the vets were very friendly and efficient. Were within the timeframe quoted and kept me up to date with texts. I will definitely use again.
Ok in person service but terrible phone service. Takes multiple calls to get through, doesnt listen and will hang up on you. I explained I was away and that I got a notification that my parcel had arrived and would be sent back before I returned, twice, both times I got a spiel saying to check the tracking and come in if the parcel is there. AS I SAID I CANT COME IN IM AWAY.
I wish if there is a zero star i could give them that becouse the the behaviour of the delivery guy to customer like he is giving his family asset or something, we pay for that and his job is to deliver the product he actually doing that too but the problem is he literally raise his voice and he was like i am his delivery guy who has waiting for his parcel so long, such a terrible experiace with this and i really hope that they change or replace that guy.
