    These guys are awesome they came and moved all of my furniture at an affordable rate! i needed full packing because i didn’t have the time. The hourly rate was worth it i paid $189 Per hour for a all inclusive deal so i didn’t pay for a fuel fee or packing materials fee i only used 6 hours for my move and only paid $1,323 for everything. Another plus i loved about this company is that they are family owned and the owner is on site of most jobs it’s like and extra blanket of security! I love this company i would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Edva for your help.

    I had a special delivery go missing last week 25/11/2021. No trace of it leaving Melcombe street post office…. Anyone else had this problem?

    The queue gets long in Saturdays, arrive at the opening time (9.30am) to reduce the waiting time. On weekdays there’s usually not much people so if you have a lot to send out, weekdays are your best bet. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

    Just awful. Tracking information does not update. It said it was delivered to me and signed for by someone named Benny. No one in my building goes by that name. No signs of my package. When I called ICS, they had to email the depot to see what happened. After 2 days of not hearing back from them, I called again and was told that Benny is the employee at the pick up location! I went there to finally get my package…but another twist! The poor employee there could not find my package and claimed no one named Benny worked at this location. The mystery continues! I called ICS and was told they need to contact the depot again to see where exactly my package is. Feeling miserable, I started to head home. Just as I was arriving home, I received a phone call back from ICS and they informed me they gave me the wrong pick up location and told me to go to another one. I go to this other pick up spot and to my relief, I finally reunited with my package. Thank you ICS for making me run around town and lose trust in everyone. I will now be questioning every customer service rep I speak with in the future.
    TLDR: ICS courier is the worst and I think monkeys can deliver and keep a running website better.

    No longer offers extended opening hours, the only reason I used them in the past. Parcel now being held hostage until I can actually get there.
