   Hello sir, post office of Italy has stolen my parcel EH102408170IR.

   Eight months ago, I posted ten kilograms of food for my son, who is a student in Italy and does not have enough money to buy food but not only was the package not delivered to my son, but eight months later, the Italian Post Office returned the package to Iran and four kilograms.

   It was stolen from the package and only a 6 kg package was given to me, one and a half kilos of walnut kernels, one kilo of chocolate toffee, one kilo of Nescafe, some onions and dried vegetables on a tablecloth, etc. were stolen from it. It was thrown away. I complained about the Iranian post two weeks ago, but the Italian post is not responsible. Please take care of it. Thank you, angry mother from Iran. Please let me know the result of your follow-up.

   I got notification regarding COD early today amounting RM270, I was like what did I buy I usually don’t do any COD’s, the item is from DHL e-commerce and have tracking number, even when check in DHL website the tracking is there. I got suspicious. When I check It’s from here and have all these scam reviews. Even when I rejected the COD, the delivery guy says okay without even convincing me.

   This is about the 3rd time I have had a delivery by Intelcom and I have not been disappointed. They give great notification about the timing of the delivery and then send a picture of it on the doorstep when it has been delivered via email. They have never left me guessing. I really appreciate the quality of this service!
