    Very very poor service.
    No time sense. pickup and dropping are happening as per they’re wish.
    After pickup, again vehicle halted morethan 45m for filling deisel.left Bangalore arround 1am instead of 11am.
    No one is take call also.

    I am not surprised at all that this office has bad reviews , with the majority seeming to be aimed at the rude , unprofessional , bitter and uneducated woman on the front desk . I was so shocked that I purposely went back with a covert camera. Absolutely disgusting attitude . How do management ignore this ? They soon will not be able to .When collecting my next parcel , I’ll have a surprise ready for the managers .

    If I could give less then a 1 star then I would! Wouldn’t leave my brother’s life dependant insulin in his safe place and has nobody on depot at all because of the strike. Absolutely ridiculous that people can’t even collect medical boxes etc because of a strike over money!
