    Very unpleasant experience and hostile/ spoken down to .Man before me was served well and lady after me was received very well.
    I was polite and just asked a clarification question as I’m new to the area. ( if I was rude I would understand).
    Happened twice , then my partner came in after me and he was received well lol. When he spoke to me the lady seems shocked then came to serve me in a polite way .

    Nice people poor understanding of how the PO works.
    30 mins to post a parcel because I was overcharged. PARCEL damaged following pick and contents ruined. When asked on two different occasions if they could help me find the tracking number they didn’t know how. Asking me to return for a third time.
    Made a new present tried to post next day delivery. Paid extra money for Saturday delivery. Parcel force said wrong code inputted. Not delivered on time. Made me wait for nearly an hour whilst serving other customers. Waited patiently.
    Only when I raised my voice did they respond and then despite their poor service blamed me for getting angry.
    Left the shop with my Saturday delivery cost refunded and no tracking number. Such a disappointing level of service. Would not recommend
