    A very professional service. First, they answer the phone! Second, they could work within the time constraints set at the collection end which no other courier seemed able to do. Finally when Astral collected the item they found it hadn’t been wrapped so they packaged it up for me with a protective cover and then shrink wrapped the whole lot without charging me an extra penny. Great service and highly recommended.

    Used Robinson for both removal and storage. Really helpful and great staff. Moving is stressful at the best of times and Robinson made it a lot easier. Will reuse for sure in future.

    They have their own system. They don’t like to change it. Not to say that their service is bad…. But it could certainly be more logical and transparent to the commoner.

    Why has a parcel that was bound for Perth from Brisbane… been in this depot for 7 weeks? It makes no sense that it was even offloaded here, sure I can understand why it might have been on a truck that came through this depot, but apparently it got scanned in and just never left.
    It’s taken me probably 20 hours of calling/messaging/emailing/googling just to find the contact details of one person who was able to tell me that much.
    Your new Philippines call center staff are BEYOND useless and just rigidly stick to their script absolutely no matter how much you ask/tell them what you’re trying to achieve. I’ve logged multiple inquiries via the website, supposedly had multiple logged via the call/chat staff and haven’t had an update from anyone on it in over 2 weeks until I managed to find the personal number of local depot manager and get him to start looking into it.
    Your company should have gone bankrupt with customer service like this and I have no idea how it’s still alive.
