Hey folks, where is my package. the tracker for this carrier is not very informative.
Why does the delivery person leave the package at the front door?? I know I get an e.mail and a photo BUT I would appreciate it if the front door bell could be rung announce the package has arrived?
I RECEIVED THREE PACKAGES TODAY THROUGH TBA. CAN’T YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE READ SIGNS. I HAVE ONE TAPED TO MY MAIL BOX ON THE FRONT PORCH & ONE ON THE FRONT DOOR. IT SAYS: DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES ON THE PORCH. THE FRONT DOOR IS UNLOCKED. PUSH HARD. ON DOOR. LEAVE PACKAGES IN HALLWAY IN FRONT OF DOOR #1.
THE HALLWAY IS ABOUT 8’X8′. & MY DOOR IS MARKED #1.
THE DELIVERY PERSON LEFT ALL THREE PACKAGES ON THE PORCH UNDER THE SIGN ON THE MAILBOX.
I AM DISABLED & IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO BEND TO PICK UP PACKAGES ON THE FLOOR OF MY PORCH. THAT IS WHY THE SIGNS ARE THERE. PLEASE TELL YOUR INCONSIDERATE, LAZY “ILLITERATE APPARENTLY” DELIVERY PERSON THAT HE OR SHE SHOULD READ THE SIGNS POSTED OR THEY COULD END UP IN THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE INSTEAD OF DELIVERING PACKAGES FOR A LIVING.

This is the second time TBA has called me because they cannot find my store’s location. The first delivery person said they will adjust their system so they can find it but My store is a big store and they missed it two times now. the store has a big sign too.. smh…I dont know why they miss my store when every other delivery service finds it…. the customer service rep was very helpful and I do really like Amazon services but their own Logistics service needs some work. I guess they will figure it out pretty soon but in the mean time some customers will need to be pretty patient with their delivery services.
I miss having the tracking map show up when checking Amazon of the delivery truck when it is due to be in my neighborhood. It hasn’t shown up for the past several deliveries. Please make it available again so I can grab my packages when they arrive. Your drivers have been the most reliable of all the services during the Covid nightmare.
MY ORDER number is TBA375445109000. MY HOUSE IS AT THE END OF A LONG DRIVEWAY, UPS COMES IN AND OUT OF HERE EASY.
Tracking TBA419460141000 was left at my GARAGE DOOR IN MY DRIVEWAY instead of my FRONT DOOR. Why was this left at my garage door instead of the front door? It is in plain sight for anyone who drives by/walks by to see. There is NO GATE, NOTHING to impede the driver from leaving the package at the FRONT DOOR. This was an absurd place to leave a package!!! I’m hoping by the time I arrive home that my package is still sitting in my driveway in front of my garage door. Extremely dissatisfied with where the package was left.
I purchased an item on ebay and the seller supposedly shipped it to me via Amazon with this very odd TBA tracking number. I cannot even get a location at the TBA site. Like everything is bogus about this purchase! Not happy about this at all!

I am not satisfied with Amazon Logistics. They were supposed to ship me a package and I never received it. I called them and they said that it was delivered but no photo of it being delivered.
Every time I have had a shipment through TBA there is a problem with the delivery. I am waiting for (3) packages as of yesterday they attempted to deliver and came after hours. We are a business and close at 5pm. I updated the information and told them this, regarding the hours, and the website now says they are delivering today between 6 pm and 10 pm. So, either they cannot read and understand, or they just don’t care. Amazon needs to step it up.
My wife and I called the day of our move to get help unloading a uhaul. R&S responded immediately and sent 3 guys out to help later the same day. The movers were extremely friendly and handled everything with care. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for help.
This Chimney Hill USPS location does not honor Redelivery requests. I submitted a request online, received a confirmation that my letter would be redelivered on July 26. It never happened. I called back to escalate and USPS created a service request, which means absolutely nothing because it’s July 29 and I still do not have the letter that’s supposed to be redelivered. When you call the local Chimney Hills phone number, it just rings and then finally you get a busy signal as though someone deliberately rejected the call. Very disappointed in how this USPS location operates.
Steve, Chris, and Ruben were awesome! They took great care with my things. They pointed out defects and even repaired items that were damaged by prior movers. They properly assembled everything. They placed the items exactly where I asked them to. I will definitely request them for my next move!
They didn’t show for our pick up time. After we reached out to them we were told that we would have to use our back up day and move the next day. Day 2 rolls around and they still didn’t show. Again we were who reached out. After getting a hold of them I was told it would be a couple days and I told them that would no longer work for us. I asked if we cancelled if we got our deposit refunded. I was told yes and that a check would be mailed. I have this in writing in e-mail and I still have not seen a check come through a month later. They almost never answer their phone for us to be able to follow up.
I used them to move my furniture from my UPSTAIRS apartment and honestly it was the best decision I made during my whole move. Everyone was so professional over the phone and in person. My movers were Anthony, Isiah, and Nick!
