   I recently spoke with a representative to change our Moving date. He was very responsive and took care of my change quickly. I will give a complete review when my move is completed. So far this move has been painless with Pack it mover Sugarland. They are very friendly!

   I highly recommend this family-run UPS store. I have been a customer of this UPS store for more than eight years. It’s a great pleasure to see the store owner Jay and his family expanding their service offerings with more advanced printers and equipments. They always do great jobs, from day-to-day package drop & pick-up to printing posters and binding documents to taking passport photos. I am satisfied with the efficiency and quality of their works.

   Changes closing times to suit them don’t believe what their store hours say because they will close early and often. Very upsetting when you have important things to do before you fly out of state.

   Staff is very nice and helpful except for this gal HANNA. Very rude, slow and unhelpful. I always have a good experience here except when she’s in the window working like a turtle

   I am living at Round Lake Beach, more that 15 years ,but always going to Lake Villa ,il office.I like this office.

   I sat on the dock door waiting for a green light, it NEVER changed BECAUSE it was broken. I ended up calling inside and they finally sent someone to the next door to clear my pulling off. Wasting precious clock time.
