    I have to disagree with these other reviews. I had an extremely complicated, long neglected issue with a missing money order and after being given the run around by other locations, Felicia was WONDERFUL! She was straightforward, honest, helpful, positive, and actually took action and offered personal followthrough. I could not be happier!

    This company is just a call center and they try to play the middle man for unknown moving company businesses. The person who is supposed to help us from Madison moving company. You move me is great at charging people before the appointment in the name of security deposit. They give a 2 hour window so that they don’t have to be accountable in case of late arrival of the movers. Today our appointment was at 10 am. And its 2.45 pmand they still haven’t showed up. Worst is the call center has no clue of who is attending to which customer. I am extremely skeptical abt the refund as well because 1) they could not even send a confirmation email with the full amount refund. 2) they say that the refund is not under their control! This has been the most unprofessional moving service ever. And I have moved with the help of different moving companies. In fact I’ve even had movers who did not speak English, but were ethical. This seems like a scam company. I really doubt all the Google reviews here because its probably paid reviews! I’m sure I’m not the only one facing this terrible experience (no service at all… waiting for 5+ hours, n now, not sure if we will even get a refund!)
