Very quick, very polite, very knowledgeable, very friendly; all on a Saturday morning. One word of advice though: bring your own pen.

Movers arrived hours late, one left during the job leaving the remaining mover to call in help. The movers themselves are great people, but the company is terribly mismanaged and disorganized.
edit: Updating my review given this reply.
My wife had asked you personally to call the building since the mistake was on your end. Also, your driver, who was amazing, hadn’t left Tallahassee yet and left equipment behind as well as a few boxes. We waited at our apartment for an additional hour while he was showering.
Bringing out your office staff/managers isn’t a bragging point. It only proves how poorly managed your staff is. I understand there is a lack of workers but the fact you were forced to ask the driver to call all his buddies to come help, the ones who aren’t even contracted by Griner Moving, is atrocious.
Yes, you’re right that the move took double the time. I wonder if that had anything to do with your mover working alone for 3 hours?
A 500 dollar discount was measly compared to the fact that we weren’t even fully settled into our home by 5am the next day. For reference, we started the move at 9. You didn’t show up until almost noon.
I am a huge proponent of small businesses. The implication that I am not is insulting. However, small business or not, you handled this situation poorly. Also, don’t forget us having to chase you on the phone for a week to pay.
And we did tell you we were still unsatisfied. The response? 500 dollars should be more than enough.
You didn’t even provide a hotel for your workers who had been working for 12+ hours. Truly sad.
