    Absolutely appalling service from Javen (supposedly in customer service). Parcel has been missing for 10 days, tracking shows it’s in Hamilton. Javen has palmed me off to their Nelson depot

    Fantastic relocation company! They were very prompted in responsible to all inquiries and Accommodating to my schedule. happy packers and movers Operated with care and were very professionals. All of our stuff was moved with no problem. happy packers for us was extremely helpful, installing our goods, reassembling our furniture and even giving us the time to get a senses of how the bed would look in the new home with different placement options, prior to reassembling.
    Their best service was also top-notch. I couldn’t believe how safety they made my old home, including packing, shifting, loading, unloading, transportation, unpacking etc. Over-all Extremely Satisfied and would strongly recommended to anyone and would Definitely use again the future all shifting service…

    The worst service ever! They send texts that they attempted delivery when everybody is home and no delivery was attempted. They solve nothing. They can tell you you can pick up your shipment or wait 4 days for another fake delivery attempt. Customer service told me I cannot speak to a supervisor!? The supervisor after pushing the issue solved nothing. Still need to PICK UP that shipment for which over 100USD was paid for 2 days delivery coming in 4 days. Worst company. Worst customer experience.

    Was super easy to order these and arrange delivery. The team were even kind enough to throw in a first order bonus bottle after I realised that I ordered one too many. Legends!
