   My cargo was dispatched unaccompanied on October 20, to date it has not arrived in Cuba, but it is not in the Cuban system. I want to know what happened to my obrigado cargo

   This place doesn’t rate a star.
   Two packages were sent on Thursday, September 6th 2018 from NJ and scanned in at the Distribution center Friday morning, September 7th, 2018 for delivered to me the same day. I’ve been home waiting all day Friday, Saturday and today Monday September 10th 2018, no packages. I have received delivery updates indicating there on the way, unable to deliver driver left off truck, one package being sent another way due to it was not too be sent the same as the other one was and this service only delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
   I’ve been on the phone three times during this ordeal two times Saturday, and one time today to register complaints and speak to the site manager.
   She changed the senero, stating that she was going to inspect the conveyor belts when someone comes to relieve her because they are small packages and they were only scanned one tine on Friday.
   I attempted to explain that I had been receivng updates which indicated they were being delivered, at least one was, other package had been scheduled to be delivered Tuesday, September 11th 2018.
   It appears there is no accountability at this FedEX Distribution Center. She stated they are short of staff drivers and she’s just reporting for her night shift. She made me feel that she is just as responsible for missing packages along with their drivers and I would not be suprised if an investigation were conducted that missing packages could be found amongst the employees personal property’s including her!
   She then informed me that they were scanned in and the packages were light, one weigh 1.5 lbs and the other about 2 lbs. So she almost contradicted herself informng me that they had only been scanned when received on Friday stating they may be on the conveyor belt..
   I’m waiting for the return call to hear what she has to report on my packages status…

   I love this little office, and trust me it is tiny. It serves a wide county with many spaced out people so their PO boxes are in high demand and the price reflects that.
