    Same thing to me. sypost is clearly unreliable if not fraudulent. it gives me delivered 32.07.2021 but it is not known which courier in Italy took it in charge and to whom it was delivered. parcel never arrived: SYRM117529796.

    If you’re here for Amazon returns at Sypost – AVOID!!
    They charged me over $100 to return Amazon items – that are ALWAYS free to return – and caused all sorts of complications on receiving my refund. Now Amazon can’t track the items properly because the associate put all the return labels for my items into the same box and stuck one of them on the outside. It doesn’t work that way, you can’t do that. Turning an otherwise simple situation into a huge headache with $3,000 on hold. I’m livid.

    Great Sypost movers. Poor customer service.
    They still charged me for a large couch fee even though they weren’t able to get it into my new building.
    Other than that the movers were super nice and efficient. 5 stars.
    A proper customer service gesture would have been to remove the $200 couch fee when you were unable to move it into my new home.
    1 star.
