    First of all, I don’t know why I have to start this review off with a 1 star rating. My driver got loaded with the wrong load on his trailer. Someone else got the load that we had the pickup number for, so that means we had to deliver a whole nother day from the original day . TQL said it was their mistake and they apologize .I had to give back a reload that I had for that truck and TQL waited to later and said they couldn’t give but $150 standard layover. If I wanted more I had to wait until either the shipper or customer pay the difference ( if they would pay anything). So I will have to be the one waiting for the mistake they made. Sad, Sad, Sad company to ever do business with. If it had of been my driver dropping the ball, then they wouldn’t have hesitated to cut my rate.

    Thursday young man working was all stressed out with his face mask (huffing and taking mask off). He sent 2/3 packages to same address! Never showed me addresses to verify. Now what? No answer on phone either. Thanks UPS!

    Used to be better but it definitely could be worse! The people are friendly but the lines are long.. all the good people have retired and now there is a bunch of people that don’t know everyone yet..

    We have had the absolute worst service from our delivery driver over the past two years. Truly, nothing but problem after problem. He decides when he wants to deliver our packages and when he doesn’t. He doesn’t like driving all the way out to our house so sometimes he doesn’t. When we call customer service and speak to managers they say that they have no authority over the drivers. We wouldn’t recommend doing business with SpeeDee.
