    I went there on a Wednesday as soon as they opened there were no people on line. The post office lady took 20 minutes to finish up my paper work. No headaches, no problem finding a parking spot as long as you get there early. For passport you can pay with debit card only no credit card. They do take pictures for $15. As long as you go there prepared you will be fine. Do not believe everything on the bad reviews. Only people who wait until last minute and go during the weekends which are the busiest days of course is going to be packed. It’s called common sense. Also, read the signs on the doors and take your ticket so you know when to be called.

    Let me pull back the curtains to share how this company really operates versus what Martin (sales rep) will tell you. After they pack your stuff, it doesn’t move from their warehouse until they have enough customers going in the same direction. Martin and his management team guaranteed delivery (we had a signed contract) within a month and I ended up waiting TWO MONTHS for my stuff to get delivered. Not only that, I had to move mountains to get in contact with someone who could give me answers or any kind of an update because any time I spoke to Martin he’d just try and buy themselves time and say it’s “in process”. This seems to be a shady industry overall but don’t let all these fake reviews sway you. At least the Miami office was terrible to work with. Also, Flat Rate Miami location, you didn’t respond to any of my emails when I needed help so don’t bother responding to this review.

    It looks very bad for this office to have a low rating. Yet, I agree with the low rating. If you have a issue contacting the post master is useless. It’s too bad since the usps is becoming antiquated with Amazon on its heels.
