   My mother used this service to move. The crew, Thomas, Kevin, and Derrick, did a really nice job. They were personable and got to work right away. They were very efficient and had my mother moved out of her condo and into her new home 30 minutes away in less than 4 hours. We appreciated their fast but careful work. Would recommend

   At 10/25/22 at 4:48PM, I visited the Bartonville Post Office to ship an item for my son’s grandmother who had erroneously shipped me a package meant for someone else. No big deal. I repacked the item and brought in the correct address where the parcel needed shipped. Thinking the older female at the counter would have some common sense and simply copy the address and put a shipping slip on the box, I was quite surprised when she began interrogating me about the shipping address to California. Instead of printing the slip and putting the correct address on the box, the USPS geriatric cut up my paper slip and began taping my notebook page all over the box crudely. When asked why she couldn’t print the postage slip I paid for, she was more worried about getting out of work because I came in 10 minutes before they closed. I expect this type of rude service at a restaurant if I come in late prior to close, but this level of disservice in the afternoon was uncalled for. I’m not going to post her name because everyone is entitled to a bad day, but she needs to not act so entitled in our small community when it is her job to print accurate shipping address labels and properly affix receipts to parcels once posted has been paid. I’ve also never had a problem with the guys who worked there during the day.

   This is an ordinary UPS store, sometimes it’s a struggle to find parking.
   However, the staff that works there, does an exceptional job, this guy, Hector, makes the experience of using the services of the store, extremely easy and enjoyable, without a doubt, it is worth the more than 20 miles I have to travel to get there.
   I give them 5 stars for all the staff that works there.

   This place is a joke.. the WORST equipment. Terrible terrible that’s all I got to say.. didn’t get paid for orientation.. plus I have been broken down for days I drove but two days. Bunk heater still not fixed and I doubt I’ll get any pay for being broke down for all this time.

   we don’t give customers tape. After telling me I couldn’t seal an envelope before mail it? Russian lady is very nice. She secured a 4 piece for me.
