    One of the worst courier service. The customers are kept in suspense till delivery. They take a very long time even more than 10 days for delivery of any letter etc. HDFC should immediately change its courier to save its image.

    This business service or rather disservice from Swift Courier is appalling… Mr. Cheap took my money for moving my car to Durban from Cape Town for my holidays as a 3rd party service to Anywhere Carriers.
    They never paid the money to Anywhere Carriers and I only knew my car had not been moved on the week of my flight when I asked about my car’s arrival date in Durban. My car was just parked in CT Depot and I ended up having to drive to Durban, which was very unsafe.
    Now Swift Courier doesn’t seem willing to refund me for the payment that was made to them for nothing but inconvenience. Lizette Organisie no longer replies to my emails on the status of my refund and I will have to go through legal route.
    What kind of business is this, I just fail to understand what key corporate values this business upholds, if any.

    The old man at Swift Courier was of no help. He kept trying to scan my parcel returns and then said it wasn’t working and sent me away without returning it. I then contacted my returns company and they said it had been scanned correctly and that I was being charged for sending a faulty return. When I was trying to return the parcel but the courier office man wouldn’t let me.
    Have changed my post office to one further away where they can actually help me.

    I haven’t been to Kelowna in 4 years. But I had a business package that had to move between 2 points in Kelowna and 1 of the points closed in 30 minutes. I called a local cab company and they couldn’t take payment over the phone…. They recommended Swift Courier. I dealt with Mike. They had my package picked up and delivered in record time. They communicated with me via text to let me know when the package was picked up and delivered. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars because they wouldn’t let me give 6.
