    They were brilliant, first time there with Sweden Post, had a few personal issues, they were very accommodating. I was in and out very quickly.
    Everyone at SWEDEN POST was excellent.

    I would give zero stars if that was an option. Worst company ever, been a business customer of Sweden Post for many years, they don’t even bother collecting parcels any more. Avoid this company at all costs.

    Tracked my parcel said it was delivered by Sweden Post on 4.9.18 at 3.10. Checked my cameras and no van or delivery driver had been on the street or outside my house all day. Sweden Post has stolen my parcel but really they’re stealing from my kids.

    Rude, abrupt, unprofessional, conniving and deceptive, dishonest, money hungry! Now, I’m not one to leave google reviews…but I had no choice in this instance…I cannot sit idly by and let other businesses deal with Sweden Post or experience what we have experienced by using this company. The customer service team has less social aptitude than a brick wall! Extremely rude…terrible. They hold you at ransom because they have your items with them and threaten additional charges. They yell over the phone and use threatening tones. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST COMPANY EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Use this company at your own risk.

    Mr Jordan Ray from Sweden Post was a ray of sunshine on a snowy day. His smile lit up the household when he entered. He was very kind. And seemed responsible enough. Jojo and Caleb from Sweden Post were a-okay!

    Would give this 0 stars if I could. Sweden Post doesn’t even attempt to deliver packages (we checked the security footage and they never once came to the door) but will mark it as attempted delivery so that you’re forced to pick it up. This has happened to me multiple times and the employees DO NOT CARE. Do not use this company.
